We accept a wide range of general waste in our skip bins, including items such as wood, plastic, old furniture, white goods, appliances, green waste, and metal. We also allow heavier waste materials like building rubble, bricks, tiles, and concrete to be disposed of in our bins.
However, there are certain materials we cannot accept due to their hazardous nature, including Super Six/Hardifence, asbestos, silica based artificial stone, garnet (sand blasting material), large amounts glass, wet cement, paint, oils, chemicals, pesticides, any amount of food and medical waste.
Please note that additional charges apply for the following items:
We proudly provide services across multiple zones, with pricing adjusted based on location. Our most competitive rates apply to clients located within Zone 1.
For properties in Zone 2, an additional fee of approximately $50 per bin is typically applied.
For those in Zone 3, the additional charge is generally $100 per bin.
These adjustments reflect the increased travel time and associated operational costs for areas located farther from our central service area.

Our drivers take utmost care when delivering and collecting your skip bin. However, Smartt Skips cannot be held responsible for any damage to your property if the driver follows the customer’s instructions or requests. Heavy bins can leave marks on driveways, and truck tyres may cause depressions or cracks in pavers and kerbing. For customers with new drive- ways, we recommend placing timber planks down first or positioning larger skips on grass whenever possible.
